Our team here at High Country HealthWatch brings years of experience, industry knowledge, and a commitment to excellence for our customers. HCHW provides reliable, easy-to-use medical alert devices backed by exceptional customer service. We believe customer service isn’t just a department, it’s the heart of everything we do.
Our medical alert buttons are a simple device designed to bring comfort and security when it’s needed most. Worn as a necklace or wristband, it allows someone to call for help with just the press (and hold) of a button. It is designed for older adults who live alone, individuals with health concerns and individuals who want to feel safer at work, while walking alone or in unfamiliar neighborhoods. More than anything, these devices bring comfort to users and peace of mind to families.

Craig and Val are the founders of High Country HealthWatch LLC in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. "Craig started
in the medical device industry in 1999, and in 2010, he and Val started High Country HealthWatch, LLC in Pine Bluffs, WY.
