If you accidentally press your button, you cannot cancel that action. Just wait for the automated voice to come on; it will ask you if you need help. Just reply, "no," and that will ensure you are okay and do not need further help.

Our Belle S device needs to be charged at least once every 30 days for about 1-2 hours to charge completely. Our Belle X device needs to be charged every 3-5 days for about 1-2 hours to charge completely. Our Belle Wrist device needs to be charged every 3-5 days for about 1-2 hours to charge completely. Press and hold the button until it blinks blue, then release the button. When the automated voice asks if you need help just say, "No, I want to check my battery level." It will reply, "okay, one moment" and it will transfer you to a live agent who will assist you with your device battery level.

It will then say, "just to confirm, everything is okay-correct?" and reply, "yes". See video below. This is the testing process for all the devices we offer; we used a Belle X here for an example. Note: Sometimes, the device will repeat "calling the support center" up to five times as it connects to the support center and transmits your data. Do not be alarmed if it does not connect right away.

No, our devices are not completely waterproof but they are water resistant. It can be near you in the shower as long as the water doesn't hit the device directly.

Remove the lanyard by pressing the small tab upwards to release the clip. Pull the lanyard and clip away from the Belle device. See video below.
